I'm mislead on renewal my new contract by one of your representative today at 1:30 pm pacific time.
He presented that if I renew my contract today, I will have full discount for my phones which will be $100 rebate each phone and $85 credit toward the 1st month Bill.
In addition, I did ask him that I am going to buy 2 new phones which are not required data service that I currently have from one of local T mobile store. I did emphasize that I do not want to pay for the data service any more, I simply go with 1000 minute share plan with No data, No text no nothing. He then said, " yes, I will take care that for you". Then He asked me to renew it right away, but I had to go for a meeting, I told him to call me back at 1:30 pm.
He called me back, then I agreed to renew the contract with the term in which I detailed above, The I follow his instruction to get the rebate form, I then found out that it allowed ONLY one rebate for my account, plus I still have Data service charged in my account.
I am so upset about that. So I called T mobile telling that I am mislead on the contract. and at least 2 representatives talked to me. passed me around, transferred me from place to place with all kinds of apologies. I said I do not need any apology, I need a corrective action taken.
Please deeply and fairly investigate this issue in order to protect customer Right from being mislead by one of the disqualified sale representative and for the reputation of the way doing business of T mobile.
