This is the first time I have reached the end of a term with T-Mobile without any sort of acknowledgement from the company as to where we go next. Usually I get a postcard or some sort of digital notification.
I do not wish to upgrade to a different phone and I do not wish to auto renew for another fixed time period.
I do note that you offer at least one Monthly4G No Annual Contract plan which might suit my needs.
My question is, do I need to wait for my contract to officially end before I even consider entering into a new (no contract) agreement, or will an in store representative be able to set that up for me in advance, if I visit them on Saturday?
