I'm a new monthly (no contract) subscriber. Very happy so far. SIM purchase and activation was easy, a pleasant surprise since this was my first unlocked phone purchase. I'm not sure whether to credit the device or the service, but calls are loud and clear. Now I've signed up for an automatic fund transfer from my checking account to T-Mobile to prevent the inevitable occasion when I forget to pay the bill on time. During my search to learn about ways to pay I encountered two terms that seem synonymous. That's "Easy Pay" and "Auto Pay". Are there two different programs or methods for making automatic (credit card/checking account) payments to T-Mobile? If there are NOT, then why confuse me by using two different terms to refer to a single thing? If they ARE two different programs, then how can I tell what the difference is so that I can make an informed choice about what I'm getting into? The one I signed up for uses Vesta as a payment processor. That's a name I've seen before when making online payments to either NET10 or Cricket.
Please straighten me out. Two automatic payment programs for charging a credit car or debiting a checking account?....or only one that gets called by two different terms depending on the page you're looking at.
Thank you.
