Intro...
So I'm a long-time T-Mobile customer (11 years I think) and just switched from a contract plan to a monthly pay-as-you-go plan. I did this because my "old" plan was $60/month for unlimited talk and text and the $60/month pay-as-you-go plan is unlimited talk and text PLUS 2GB of data. So I switched because I get more services for same money. But in fact, the cost is less per month (not sure why) because my monthly payment for pay-as-you-go is only $65.40 while my contract plan with taxes/fees, etc. came out to $72.30 per month. Don't know why contract plans have higher taxes/fees but for some reason they do. I digress...
Now, the reason for my question on this forum is that when I now login to My T-Mobile, I no longer see the abiilty to manage my bill outside of just being able to refill my monthly account and/or setup recurring monthly payments.
That's fine and all, but how do I print out a copy of a monthly bill or statement? There is no way to do this that I can see...
Additionally, there is no way to print out a payment confirmation (confirmation that I paid $65.40 on xyz date using abc method of credit card, etc.).
I DID receive an email confirmation from T-Mobile today after I made my first credit payment stating that my transaction was successful, BUT the email didn't contain anything stating how much money I paid (was charged) nor how I paid (didn't state by credit card blah blah blah).
So I have nothing official showing/stating that I made a monthly payment for x amount using y method.
As a result, I am having a difficult time filing work-related expenses because I don't have anything confirming my monthly payment or even a bill/statement showing what the official amount is (My T-Mobile only shows the $60 monthly fee, not the taxes/fee). So I can't get easy reimbursments at my work (no receipt, no reimbursement).
I'm dumbfounded that T-Mobile does not have a simple way to see payment confirmation within their pay-as-you-go line of business. It only is easy to see for their contract customers.
Anyone know how I can print out a legitimate month receipt/bill?
