I have had premium charge 9.99 two months in my line. I don't what is that! I called customer severice to stop it. The customer severice told me that I am not holder of my family plan. Therefore, I can not stop it. I want to stop it, even thought I am not a holder of my family plan, I owned my this line. I want to stop it, I can offer all of the holder's information and my information. Please stop it. I hate premium charge, I don't know how it exist. I went back to China two months and I didn't use anything of T-mobile and I payed my bill every month, but it also charged me permium service. What is wrong with the T-mobile? Is the T-mobile crazy? Ok, now I only want to stop the boring premium serviece, I don't need any premium service and I didn't get any premium service so far.
