I am just here to tell my terrible business with tmobile so I may feel better. I've been a tmobile customer for a while. Two years ago I received tmobile bills of one account that I never heard of. I called 611 and told them there was a mistake. They opened the account under my name without my authorization. I didn't even see any SIM card or tmobile phone with the number on the bill. The representative said they would take care of that and I wouldn't receive any more bills.
Yes I didn't receive bills from then on. BUT tmobile keeps generating balance for that account and sold them to a debt buyer company. I didn't know that before I got calls the debt buyer recently. I'll call 611 again tomorrow and see what happens. I guess the representative won't like to help me because tmobile has successfully made profit this time. I found it might be nice to be a tmobile shareholder rather than a customer.
