I have talked to 6 or 7 reps from t-mobile who all say they'll can fix this "in 24 hours" but they never do. One day I could no longer access my online account. So I tried to reset my password. It said "Oops—that phone number is not in our records. Please try again." So I tried to sign up for an account again and got this message "Sorry - we don’t recognize this as a T-Mobile phone number." The number is typed in correctly and all the t-mobile reps agree that this is in error and that they will send it to another department who will fix it in 24-48 hours but they never do. Any way I can get a hold of another department that I can talk to about this other that Customer Care? Because they wont transfer me, they just assure me that they "will fix it." Even though they apparently cannot.
