T-Mobile truly does not want me as a customer

I am at the end of my rope. I have put up with some of the stupidest agents (starting with the moronic automated voice that does not understand ANY language and can only repeat "sorry, I did not understand"). First it was the  premium services added randomly to my bill at the tune of $9.99 a pop. Then it was a so-called rebate I was supposed to receive after purchasing a new phone and signing up w/ T-Mo for yet another 2 yrs against my better judgment. I bought the phone in June and had to fight for 4 months before I could receive the studpi $50.00 rebate (it got lost, entered incorrectly etc..all the usual excuses). A series if unfortunate events? It gets better. Then I cannot send or receive e-mails and after an hour wasted on the phone, no one knows why.... they tell me to call Google!!!! .Now, my bill almost doubles in amount.

Truly, they either want my death and/or completely lose me as a customer and I have been with them back when the company was Arial (anyone remembers????). Well, the dreaded 611 phone call has to be made. I have to allow 1 hour of wasted time and blood pressure rising dealing with an agent who repeats idiotic scripts as if reading a Kindergarten book. Come to find out the service was accidentally removed by an agent when they added and removed International texting since it supposedly was some bundle and I was never made aware of ay of this. Conveniently and without any warnings, I am unsuspectingly being charged for texts when I am supposed to have the unlimited plan as I have had for the past few years. No one bothered to let me know. Some service!!! This is my last fight. I will not pay for these outrageous charges that are due to a mistake made by a T-Mo agent. I never asked to have my unlimited plan changed or removed. I truly do not understand why this company persists on providing such crappy services. Raise your rates already and bring your service up to par or keep your rates low but DEAL WITH IT! In the meantime, I am shopping for another service.
