I have a $50 a month prepaid plan, cant view bill/payment history

I do have documentation through texts and on my bank statement but I need an actual bill statement to print out for documentation as well as updating human services of all and any current bills this is one of my costs of living and need a copy. I am unable to find one can anyone help me?
