My Bill for June and July

My bill is not showing the correct amount.  Tmobile took out 139.36 on the 28th in which I already submitted for Junes payment in 2 payments of 50.00 and 89.36  Can you explain?

How do I contact customer service? I have to call them? No email or message option? Pretty lame. This is the kind of garbage Verizon would pull but at least their customer service was accessible via the web. I must say I'm having some buyers remorse this morning. This is straight garbage. How are you going to charge me for a full month when I've only had my phone activated for 2 weeks!! Make it easier to contact your reps directly T-mobile. I have no desire to sit on the phone all day!

charging activation fee on first bill that should be wavied?

I just transfered my phone number from AT&T last month online at T-mobile website.  I only purchased the sim card and joined to the "Value Plan".  At the same time, I found out T-mobile also had a promotion that wavied the 35 dollar activation fee.  When I checked out, I saw the following message

 

This one-time charge will appear on your first monthly billing statement.

OFFER: Waived $35 activation fee with purchase of T-Mobile® SIM Card

 

Today, when I checked the bill online and I found out T-mobile charged the 35 activation fee on my first bill.  What does that mean?  Should I call the customer hotline?  Or they will credit back to me later?

Someone has signed up for paperless billing with my email address. I need this looked in to please.

  First off, the account I'm using to write this has just been created by me in order to use this site. Yesterday (at the same email address I used to create this account today) I suddenly received two email's from T-Mobile.

1. You have successfully signed up for paperless billing.

2. Welcome to T-Mobile. Let's get started.

 

  These emails look legit and don't appear to be phishing attempts or to be coming from a spoofed address. I am not a T-Mobile customer.  Someone is apparently using my email address for an account here and I would hope someone can look into this and figure out what is going on.

How to get a sim network unlock pin when abroad?

Hi, I have a Samsung SGH - T499. I am abroad now and when I try a different carrier than T-mobile, it asks me a sim network unlock pin. How can I get it? There are no T-mobile centers here. Do you know anything about the online sites which sell a subsidy pin? Are they safe?

Maybe i dont get it, but everytime I hit manage, and I'm supposed to go to "Manage > Billing & Payments > Account Activity", im back at the home page!!! Someone please tell me EXACTLY where to look so I can see my call log. I have important numbers that were deleted out of my phone.

I am unable to view my bill summary which is not,good. I just got done paying for 6 months premium service to Tmobile TV that I unsubscribed from a week into free trial. Got bounced back and forth between Tmobile and mobi TV and still had to pay for a service I did not use or want. We should be able to see what we are paying for so that we dont pay these chargws for things we do not want or use. ricksterky

why when i try to view my current bill online last month's bill is showing?

I was using Viber to make international calls over my 3G/wifi but when I recieved the bill I was charged international charges. Does T-Mobile not recognize applications such as viber for free calls over data?

Changing from Family to Individual?

My husband and I are on a Family Plan and have been T-Mobile customers for a number of years. Unfortunately, we are separating. We would like to take our 2 Family Plan lines and separate them onto Individual Plans. I think it would be pretty crazy to have to pay the $200 cancellation fee per line since we aren't cancelling anything - we both want to remain as T-Mobile customers - but neither of us wants to pay for the service of the other. Any suggestions?

Every month I am being charged $90.52 for one phone, but when I checked my plans and services it shows that my monthly payment is lower then what I'm being charged. Why am I being charged with the higher amount instead of the actual amount?

I have been trying to make a payment on my equipment balance online and keep getting a message that my card number is invalid. I have checked and double checked the info, tried using a different card, tried using Firefox and Internet explorer and I keep getting the same error message. Please help!

Worst Customer Service Ever - skills to drive away customers

I've been using T-mobile just over a year.

On my mobile hotspot - I use it from time to time while on vacation or on travel projects.

This past month I set my account to NOT auto-renew.   Yesterday T-mobile charged my credit card.

I spent an hour calling requesting for a reversal - and just spoke with Filipino call centers informing me there were no refunds.

I explained my account is setup to NOT auto-renew - and it's not a refund - just a reversal.   There is no usage on the plan for the past 6 hours.

 

T-mobile - when you have low level people treating your good paying customers this way - it simply means you have skill at the target level of driving away customers.     If the transaction stands - I have no intention of ever using T-mobile services or products again.

 

You can't be successful beating someone out of a dollar in the short run and pi$$ing them off. 

 

I don't expect something for free - and I don't expect to be cheated by a large corporation.

 

Thanks for making it clear how you value your paying customers.

I put down a $50.00 deposit last July when I set up the account.  I would like to request a refund of that deposit.

My current bill isn't showing even thought I got the notice last week that it was available. How can I get it? I seem to have this problem every month
