I am writing in hopes of talking to a moderator after reading some posts on the site regarding porting of numbers, and was hoping someone may be able to help me out. In advance, thank you for your time and consideration if you can help.
I was a long time T-Mobile customer (10 years maybe?), and recently changed service providers. The reason I changed was that there was minimal to no coverage where my new job is. I have small children and need to be able to stay in touch.
When I changed on July 14, I was not under contract. The last contract that I signed was in March of 2011. Under those terms and conditions, I realize that it states I "may be responsible for all usage and charges through the end of the billing cycle". My billing cycle was on the 10th, so I have been billed for an entire month, but used only 5 days.
I have always been highly satisfied with T-Mobile Customer Service. I was hoping that you may be able to take a look at my situation and see if I could have the bill prorated. Again, thank you for your time and consideration.
