Help

I contacted T-Mobile customer service a few months back about a problem with one of my devices. They fixed that then said since i had been a loyal customer for many years i was eligable for a free month of service. I asked a few questions but eviedentally not enough. They finally said i would have to renew my contract, i said ok since i was getting two new phones anyway which they said this would not effect.(it didn't) what they did not tell me and i guess i did not clearly ask is that it renewed my sons add on line and my two data plans attachged to my tablets (That are out of contract) I was planning on stopping the data to save money now they tell me it will be 200.00 per line. If i knew it would extend all my lines i would not have taken the 180.00 credit. They refered me to contract review three weeks ago and i have never heard back. Like i said i have been with T-mobile for many years, always said they had the best customer service and would do things for their customers that other companies would not. Unfourtinatelly it does not seem so anymore. Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated.
