T-mobile needs to be out of business... my problems started with tmobile 2 years ago.
went to the store with parents to get new phones and a new contract. The first galaxy s vibrant just came out so i thought i would get it, they had that thing going on buy one get one free. well my dad told me to ask the sells rep if we can buy two phones and get two for free... the sells reps said no, because we had only 3 lines on the account, but if we added a 4th line then we could. So we did every one is happy. after some time we get two mail in rebait cards $50 each and no phones.... so i go back to the store to talk to the sells rep, he was never there, so i decided to talk to the manager of that store. I explained everything what has happened and he told me that there is no way you could do that, i told him that a sells rep that works for him in that store told me that, he asked me to point that sells rep out, he wasnt there i said. the manager said well i dont have no one else that works from meand that no one has been fired or transfered in past 6 months. so i told him that i was gonna take it court and he just loughed nd told me to get the f*** out and do what ever.
after all that i didnt go to the court because my parents told me not to... few months down the road i get a bill for $500. i called tmobile and they knoked it down to 250, well few months later i get the same bill $500 i called in again spoke to a guy he told me that one of the lines went over the mins and thats why i was charged that much. so he said he will take the 150 off and he said you should upgrade to unlimited that way i wont be charged 500 again so i said ok and did it. (sept 13 2011).
Sept 8th 2012 my phone started acting up so i went to exchange it i told the sells rep what was going on and she told me to update my sim as weel because it was old.
so i did all that and went home, got a msg saing my sim was updated form 456 number. and on the 8th of sept which is 3 days later after updating my sim i get another msg saing my sim was updated and i just replyed back saing ok. and i got a reply back saing that they are waiting for me at 10 am tomorrow, at that moment i knew this wasnt a tmobile msg. i read the msg they sent it was sain that the sim was updated and if i didnt request that i should call the 1800tmobile or visit the site, then it said if i didnt call today that they would come to my house and make me suck their ****, then it said "now **** you and have a nice day".... that pissed me off... i found out it was a tmobile display phone form louisville store. one of the emploees just looked my account up and did this and i have been in that store once with my cousin. so i called tmobile and had alot of problems with them. the costumer reps were listen to me and acting like they were taking notes on that. i was disconected so i called back another costumer rep looked into my account and told me that there were no notes at all... so same thing with her. i called them maybe 8 times and no one took notes... i got to the last rep i spoke to and was mad and asked her to speak with the supervisor and she asked me why i was calling i told her to look into the notes and she said yeah i see ur calling about the bill... i said no and asked her if that was the only thing she sees in the notes and she said yes... so i had to tell her everyhting all over again... well got to speak to the risc assesment team nd they said we will take care of it... but my info was already exposed to the person i dont know and the tmobile display phone so i dont know what he is gonna do with all that info... the rep said thats all he can do. called the cops they told me to talk to tmobile... so he got my info and knows where i live well if he gets fired he might get mad and come to my house im afraid for my mom nd myself i dont know what he can do maybe he'll burn down the house...
so i called in today the 19th of sept 2012.... to just cancell all the lines with them... found out that my contract was extended by me for another two years... so i dont know how that happened so i found out when ever i was talking to that dude about my 500 dollar bill he came credited 150 and updated me to unlimited mins and extended my contract without telling me... but im not the accoun holder my mom is... so problems problems problems with tmobile.... ive been with them for 6 years now... no more rippofs....
